Refund Policy

Please be notified that the refund process takes no less then 30 days from the request date. A refund will be issued according to the original method of payment (e.g. the money will be returned to the cc charged) In case of inability to refund the money to the cc initially charged, you will receive a bank transfer.

A customer can appeal for a refund in the following cases:
The merchandise is not received
The received item does not correspond with the ordered one
The received item is damaged/crushed/torn
The merchandise was lost during delivery/shipping

If for any circumstance, you are not utterly satisfied with the product receipt, you have a 15 days period from the receiving to communicate us the return of the goods. For this purpose, we would be grateful if you contact us by writing at alyzef.vitamins@gmail.com and shortly we will respond by giving a Return Code, which must be used to fill out the form inside the product box. Without this Code, no reimbursement will be made. Aiming to improve our products and services, we would appreciate if you could detail the reasons for return in the form below inside the box. Once receipt of the Return Code you will be entitled of 15 days period to refund the goods. The package must be received at LYMONEL CORPORATION LLP-Shurgard House, 510 Neasden Ln N, London NW10 0EA, UK within 30 days of receipt of the Return Code. From the reception of the goods, Alyzef LP will refund the price paid, in a maximum term of 30 days. Alyzef LP will not reimburse any transportation costs for returning the product and such costs lie solely within your responsibility.
